This option allows you to remove the Perforce QAC nature from the active project, which means that all the Perforce QAC files and diagnostics will be removed from the project, such that the project will need to be reconverted if it ever needs to be re-used as a Perforce QAC project.
Deleting the Perforce QAC files will not remove your source code and associated files - it is only the Perforce QAC files and diagnostics that are removed.
